I love a good resistance band workout and this one will leave your legs feeling STRONG! 🙌🏽

I took a superband and looped it around twice to use as a mini band but you can definitely just use a regular mini band for the first two exercises. 

If you feel like you lack strength in your legs and they get tired quickly in the saddle, then you may want to work on your lower body muscular endurance.💦
