Emilie Pullar on Instagram: "BEST butter pasta ever! For two: 200 grams spaghetti 120 grams butter 10 sage leaves 1/2 tsp black pepper 60 grams finely grated Parmesan 2/3 cup pasta water Salt to taste Follow video for instructions. Brown the butter and set aside (remove sage leaves). Boil pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water before draining. When almost cooked pour browned butter back into a large fry pan and heat, add 1/3 cup pasta water and the pepper and whisk vigorously letting it thicken slightly. Add cooked pasta with another 1/3 cup pasta water, toss then sprinkle Parmesan in an even layer on top of pasta. Let it gently melt on top on a VERY low heat undisturbed. Spin around with tongs until you get a glossy sauce. Serve with sage leaves on top.
