This simple hibiscus spritz is perfect for ANY season but I did create this with Spring in mind given so many of you are welcoming Spring right now.

I recommend doubling the strength of your tea for this one (so use 2 teabags or a double scoop of loose leaf tea). Did you know hibiscus tea is rich in antioxidants and has a bunch of other health benefits?

Ingredients 

▪️ 3 oz (90 ml) chilled hibiscus tea
▪️ 1/2 - 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (I used powdered monk fruit)
▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) orange juice
▪️ 1/4 teaspoon rose water
▪️ Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic rosé
