MIX317, Tarnished Foil Happy Birthday by kokirose - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

This is for today's MIX317 challenge Tin Ceilings. I used the [url=https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/impressionsoftarnishedfoil/]Impressions of Tarnished Foil[/url] technique I used Scotch 3M foil tape. I cut 3 strips and adherred them to a 4 x 5 piece of light chipboard. I rub Stazon Jet Black ink lightly overtop and let dry. Next I stamped on the grasses from "Inspired by Nature" set. Impressions of tarnished foil by muscrat - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Lightly spread black ink on foil. Embossed foil card stock. Inked foiled piece with versa mark and added gold embossing powder. Added versa mark again and embossed with pewter. Rubbed black ink again over front. Embossed the copper dragonflies to tone down copper look. Added them to card front and then taped to base.
