@Yeeno - That's great news! I run a bot to fix articles with this error regularly (including 26 errors today), so it will be wonderful to see this go away.

Building on this request, Wikipedia:Orphan#Criteria states "A single, relevant incoming link is sufficient to remove the tag." Therefore, as part of the request above, could AWB also remove orphan when there is at least one incoming link from articlespace? Thanks!

Reopening, since consensus has been reached per WP:TALKLEAD

@Harej - I agree the URL is broken apart in the source code. Can the bot detect that the URL is broken apart? If so, could the bot be reconfigured to ignore such broken URLs instead of adding more incorrect information?

@Reedy - Could you please release a new version of AWB with this fix included? I keep getting complaints of bot edits that mess up this template. Thanks!

Another bad edit: Special:Diff/1177545490. There are now 655 transclusions of hatnote group. Looking forward to a fix soon!

I wasn't familiar with this template either, until someone showed me that my AWB bot did this:

@AWESOMEDUDE0614 - The English Wikipedia requires users to be listed on Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/CheckPageJSON in order to be able to use AWB. I don't see a similar page on Microwiki.

@diegodlh Looks interesting! I watched both the "Short video explaining how Web2Cit works" and the "Short video explaining how to use Web2Cit". In the latter video, the field you demonstrate around the 6:00 mark doesn't require a transformation field. Then at 6:30, you instruct us to repeat the process for fields that do require the transformation field. But then you speed through it without allowing us to see the details?!?!?!? This is the most important part, so please consider editing your video to show the details of extracting the info needed for the transformation field from the web page. Thanks!

@Mvolz - The issue extends to other Condé Nast publications. For example:
Dec 29 2021
Dec 28 2021
Nov 12 2021
Suggested code to remove empty sections followed by another level 2 section:
== *(?:Bibliography|Further reading|Gallery|Notes|See also|External links) *==\s*(?:\{\{empty section\|date\=[A-Za-z]+ \d{4}\}\}\s*)?(== ?[A-Z]) --> $1

@MarioGom - Clicking the Stop button twice quickly did the trick - thanks!
@GeoffreyT2000 - Clicking the Stop button still generated an error. Clicking the Fork button generated a fresh session, and allowed me to run the query. Thanks!

In T193836 AWB over-tagging stubs with Underlinked template, @kaldari indicated that it appeared that the issue was resolved in 2018.
However, AWB tagged the Aydan Hojjatova stub with underlinked in January 2021.
At User talk:GoingBatty#Underlinked tag, user Rogermx stated "My objection is to giving any bot the power to add an Underlinked tag to a stub based on some algorithm. Many stubs simply do not have more terms that fit the Wikipedia standard for linking. A bot has no way of understanding that. Wikipedia used to have a 20,000 underlinked article backlog. It was down to about 2400 a few days ago thanks to the work of many people, now it is close to 4,000 again. My guess is that about 30 to 40 percent of these articles have been tagged inaccurately by a bot."
