AWUAH thank you! I think she just looks so striking all shorn to the scalp like that. I love her at all her hair lengths its fun to imagine how they changed over time with necessity of duty.

theres some variation between these but her hair changes up a lot following wicked eyes wicked hearts then she grows it out between trespasser and veilguard before she eventually shaves it all off on a regular basis. Something about walking the dinan'shiral idk ;)

YEA. so roughly the timeline is that around 20 she meets and concieves with Felassan when he wanders into clan lavellan for a time. she waves him off saying he has no obligation to stay with her, kids are raised communally anyways so its good. he stays anyways and they love each other.

something Bad™️happens (bandits, disease, etc i have not decided yet) that results in the baby dying around their 1st birthday (fenlin is roughly 22). this triggers felassan to redevote himself to the Dread Wolf’s goals (recapturing the eluvian network). He leaves Fenlin and clan lavellan behind after that, going to orlais and playing out the events of the masked empire.

Fenlin never knew what happened to him and by the time of inquisition (she’s now 32) she’s basically believed that he’s never coming back. Though fun still bc I think with her partnership to Briala they do eventually realize theyre talking about the same guy which DOES bring Fenlin a little peace that hey he was out there and okay for a time, though she still didn’t know of his fate.

She doesn’t know that Solas did that until YEARS later following the events of trespasser. they need therapy. BAD.
