When does my order ship?
I visit the post office once a week, so regular orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process and ship.
For preorders--barring any unfortunate circumstances, I aim to ship all preorders by early to mid November, 2023.
All orders shipping domestic within the United States come with free tracking. Tracking availability for international orders may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! So far we also ship to Canada, Australia, Asia, and South America.
Not from any of these places? Drop me a line here with the country you have in mind, and I'll see what I can do.
Do you ship to the UK? Or to members of the EU?
Not directly. I actually tried to register for the VAT in the past. I got as far as "so would you like to make yearly or quarterly payments to the royal crown?" before throwing in the towel. And the paperwork.

I heard you have a deal going on for customers outside of the US?
For international people who want a Ring pin now and also plan on participating in the Dragaux pin preorders (happening sometime around October, 2023), I'm willing to cut you a deal. I hate the thought of anyone having to pay for international shipping (and the VAT, if applicable) twice over. That's roughly eighty-something USD for two pins. So. As long as you contact me about it (and promise to check your email), I'm willing to set aside a Ring pin for you. Along with whatever else you're also looking to pick up right now, as long as it's still available.
However! Past the Dragaux pin preorders I will not be extending the reservation of anyone's listing.

Can I order something as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. When you head to checkout and scroll down, there will be an area labeled “notes or instructions (optional).” Like so:
If you’d like, I can leave a message from you in your friend’s package! Leave your instructions in this area, and write exactly what message you’d like me to include.
If you run out of pins, will you consider restocking more?
Currently, I have no plans of acquiring more pin stock. Once the Ring-inspired pins run out, that's it. This will also be true of the Dragaux-inspired pins.
Do you have a newsletter?
Literally no one has ever asked me this. And probably never will. I think we all hate newsletters. But if you're interested in getting notifications like:

I have a specific tag on my tumblr where I post about pin updates and pin updates only. I post updates about once every weekend (usually on Sundays) to let folks know what's happening behind the scenes.
