Dough:
150 g ap flour
60 g sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
120 ml milk
1 egg
60 g oil
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
50 g melted butter
50 g sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon

Glaze: (combine)
40 g powdered sugar
2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Grease a donut hole pan or mini muffin tin
- in a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt
- Add milk, egg, oil and vanilla and stir just combined
- Spoon batter evenly into 24 mini muffin tin or donut hole tin, 2 to 3 teaspoons each
- Bake at 400 F for 7 to 9 minutes
- Let donuts cool for a few minutes
