“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough ! This is feynman technique , in short words understanding what we are learning for the first time, to the extent that we can even explain or teach it to somebody else, especially using our own words.

1.Make a list of the concepts you want to learn and write the definition by them. You find “writing them down” and giving their definition helps you remember.
2.Try to give an example of each concept. You’ll find that if you can’t give an example , you don’t really understand the concept. These are some techniques which have helped me increase my study time from 1 hour to 3-4 hours. 

★Parkinson’s Law
- Work tends to expand to fill the time allocated for it.
Therefore, if you give yourself too generous of a deadline, you will find yourself severely procrastinating. Instead, set yourself micro deadlines along the way in your revision timetables!

★ 321 method
- Focus on counting down from 3 in order to free yourself momentarily from the battle between your mind and body. On 1 immediately move on to the subsequent task. By not providing yourself time to second guess, you are able to overcome the initial friction point more easily.

★ Feynman technique
