I just took a week off work and training focusing only on mobility and long walks. Sometimes we need a reset in order to come back refreshed and stronger. We also got a new dog and had to focus on her training :) it was a perfect time for my recovery week.
I am not jumping into the most intense workouts, rather I am easing my body back into the routine with intermediate kettlebell training.
