Mouse paint art lesson

Recently I decided to change up my previous Mouse Paint lesson with a new one and I'm so glad I did! My kindergarteners have loved this portion of our color unit. Primary Colors, Secondary Colors, Color Wheel, Mouse Paint, Construction Paper

The art room echoed "Oh look, green!" and "I just made orange!" as first graders overlapped primary colors to make a background for their Mouse Paint mice.
