Shubhangini | Food Blogger on Instagram: "Oats & Sprouts Mini Uttapam 💚 ~ A perfect healthy & wholesome breakfast option ✨  SAVE IT TO TRY SOON  Here I have use 100% rolled oats by @yogabars.in which adds a good amount of fiber & protein to the uttapam! 🌼  👩‍🍳 Ingredients : 1/2 cup green moong sprouts 🌱  2/3 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup sooji  1 tsp salt (as per taste) 1/2 cup water  1/3 cup curd (preferably slight sour) Rest the batter for 15-20mins  Heat some oil/ghee & make mini uttapam, top it with veggies of choice 🥗 (I have use onions, yellow bell pepper, tomato, green chili & coriander leaves) Cook until golden brown & slight crisp!
