This tea towel apron is easy to sew from a couple of towels and some basic sewing notions! This is a great handmade gift idea!

I made an apron out of a tea towel and two metres of tape. Just cut off the two top corners, fold over the edge twice and stitch in place. Sew on some tape at the top to go around your neck and two at the sides to tie around you. My butterfly tea towel was from All Tea Towels. The picture below shows the two pieces I cut off the tea towel.
