Fear is the enemy of change. If I allowed fear to dictate my decisions, I would not be where I am today. I walked away from a “secure” full time job, that I went to college for, as a single mom, to work as a 1099 with no benefits and no guaranteed income. Why?! I wanted more for my life! I took the risk of change and now 10 years later, I still work for the company I started out as an entry level 1099 but now I run the company.
