seafood on Instagram: "Shrimp & Crab Toast Bites 🦐🦀🍞🔥 By @beautifflyeats Ingredients: 10 oz peeled and deveined shrimp 1 1/2 cups mayo 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp hot sauce 1/2 tsp old bay 1/2 tsp garlic powder 6 oz lump crab 1 1/2 cups green onions (thinly sliced) Sliced baguette, for serving Roasted Garlic and Shallots 1 medium sized shallot (cut into quarters) 1 garlic head 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt Instructions: Add garlic and shallot to the basket of an air fryer. Coat with olive oil and season with salt. Air fry at 400°F for 30-45 minutes or until it softens.
