•The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
• Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.▌General• By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
• These terms can and will change at any time without warning.• My turnaround and completion speed generally extends from 2 to 4 weeks from the moment of the payment. Complexity, edits, client communication, and other factors can lengthen this.
• Deadlines within 2 weeks require a rush fee, starting at $15.
• I begin work fully after payment is received.
• Details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price. If changes are requested after the payment is sent, additional fees will be charged.
• Private commissions that cannot be posted by me will include a fee that is 50% of the commission base price.
• Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.
• Finished pieces can be emailed upon client request.▌Payment• Payments are in USD and thru Paypal Invoice or Ko-fi only.
• The prices listed are base prices and may become higher if the commission is difficult or very detailed.▌Usage• I retain the rights to every image I produce.
• I do not do commercial work and all commissions I do are only for personal or nonprofit use unless otherwise has been discussed.
• The products may be posted to other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.
• Final products will be posted to my patreon/websites and social media with a watermark.▌Changes and Refunds• Details regarding design, pose, and expression must be established before I am paid - sudden change of mind after work begins will warrant a full fee for an entirely new piece, amount dependent on commission type.
• If work has been partially completed, I will only issue a partial refund if there is a reason to.
• I will give a full refund only if no work has been completed passed the initial sketch.
• Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.
• Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message. Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in multiple edit fees.

▌PatreonPatreon requests are drawings I do as a thank you for pledging. At any point tiers may be changed/edited and any and all changes will be notified thru patreon itself and thru the discord. Lower Tiers are more likely to lose art privilages as the Patreon grows and the workflow becomes too much. Remember I am the single artist producing these works and Patreon is a tip jar with a bonus of art.General TOS still applies to any and all patreon rewards.• Patreon requests are single characters only.

• The full resolution pieces are posted unwatermarked on the patreon page and you are free to download them there in their full resolution.▌ For requesting art on the Google Form every month ; (Please read and understand the etiquette) :• Every Time a new month rolls over I ping on the server for when the google form is available to post in.
• As I have a irl job I am not available immedietly when the months roll over sometimes and it takes me a few days to post the google form.
• The google form is a way for me to have an easy access list of everyones submissions. As stated on the form if you DO NOT SUBMIT I will not be DMing to ask for a prompt. If you want art please submit a request.
• If your request it too complicated or I find I cannot do it I will simply refund you for that month.
•If you submit things outside of my art comfort zone several months in a row , you will be banned and not refunded for the infringing month.
• Remember that the art patreon is for folks who want to support me and my Art , if you want my art to look like other artist consider donating to them instead. I will not be altering my art style for any request.
• Every Month i queue and schedule post with the art I have finished that month to social media. These post the following month as an incentive for folks to donate and see art early. You are free to share with your friends but please do not post on social media unless a month has rolled over. (This may change in the future but for now please respect my wishes.)▌Patreon rewards are a privilage and not a right and as the artist I am entitled to who and what I draw. If you cannot respect me or my views then please consider other artists to support.
