Being weak to Steel is a major liability in today's meta, and Enamorus has a moveset that compounds this. Zen Headbutt and Fairy Wind have similar performance for a Raid Boss after taking Enamorus' STAB into account, and the former could be a major threat to Poison Types... if Poison Types had any sort of a real presence here. Grass Knot rounds out the easy moves, as it's the weakest Charged Move that Enamorus has access to when taking STAB into account.
For a step up from the low-threat moves, we start with Astonish. This move would EASILY be in our easy section under normal circumstances, but the fact that it deals Super Effective damage to Dusk Mane Necrozma makes it more threatening. Beyond that, Dazzling Gleam and Fly are pretty similar and hit reasonably despite hard the fact that most of Enamorus' counters will resist them.
Overview
Enamorus - Incarnate... the 4th member to a trio that literally didn't need to exist. Seriously: why is Enamorus? Did ANYONE ask for this? ...ranting aside, Enamorus is actually a fairly powerful Pokemon, sitting fairly close to Shadow Gardevoir as a Fairy Type attacker and a very strong option to opponents weak to Fairy and Flying thanks to Fly.... although when you run into a Flying weakness, there are better options out there.
Regardless, Enamorus actually isn't a super hard raid boss. It lacks many options to threaten the Steel Types that prey on it, so even a small raid group should be able to handle it with minimal issues.
Team Building Approach
- Enamorus is weak to Electric, Ice, Poison, Rock, and Steel.
- Steel is the main winner here thanks to the absurd power of the top Steel Types and their resistances.
- Rock has a few super-stars that can put in work, one of two of which can stand near the top Steel Types in some regards, but they don't quite have the same presence.
- Electric has some great options that can cause a lot of damage. However, the lower number of resistances hurts.
- Ice is okay, and can be optimal if it happens to be snowing at the time of the raid, but most Ice Types fall a bit behind by comparison.
- Poison is definitely a type that exists in Pokemon Go. Poison Types can exist here too! ....although they REALLY shouldn't.
