Stargazing, at the edge of the unknown.

poorly drawn mdzs mdzs wei wuxian wen qing wen ning animation This was another fun experiment that I learned a lot from B*) I think that stargazing was something WWX probably took for granted in his first life. Namely that - despite seeming like the carefree type - he probably didn't have the patience for it. Why look at the sky when there are so many other things to do at night? It's not like the stars are going anywhere after all. And when he's in yiling...well he has far to much to do inside his cave or on night hunts to look up at the boring dots. He's a moon guy - but only so far as 'is the moon phase bright enough to read under tonight? is is dark enough to sneak around?' It's probably only after the end of untangling the web of secrets and murders in his second life - -that he realizes the beauty in just...taking a moment and taking in the sky with someone by your side. Luckily for him the high altitude and cold air of a certain cloud recess makes for excellent start gazing conditions. Wen Qing would be in the know on what the constellations are. Almost entirely because Wen Ning kept asking her. As an older sibling you can A) Lie or B) Delve deep into research to claim your throne of 'the knower'. I have knowledge about many things because I craved being 'the knower' as a youth. Now I don't know anything ever.

I solved the audio problem (CPS sometimes stops the audio from working; its a matter of just restarting the program) I also re-storyboarded a few parts of the project. A few of them are good to post as little looping gifs with some editing. I'm aiming for April 1st to be done! This does mean I am forgoing my original April fools prank for 2025. Thank you to everyone who's been patient and kind while I divert my resources into this project! It's been a super fun experiment B*)

It’s WIP Wuxian! He’s hard at work, but not done yet!

poorly drawn mdzs mdzs wei wuxian digital art This is a little nod to how I've got a lot of big stuff going on behind the scenes...but can't show it until it's done! I will probably commit only to posting silly little WIP Wuxian's until it's done- -so I'm still uploading but not spending to much time on the stuff that's not the big project. I'm getting close! Kind of...I lost a whole day due to CPS suddenly corrupting the audio files and I haven't solved how to fix it. Wishing everyone else with a big WIP on their plate a productive and fruitful week! We are all in the WIP Woe trenches together. There are abandoned projects growing mold down here. But this WIP *will* live!

ask fersona I was partially aware that fan merch had some 'tread with caution' copyright laws but good to know it's a hard 'don't' in this case. That said - I was thinking of doing something more so for charity because I do feel a bit weird about selling fanwork for profit. Good news is that this is all just the early stages rotating it as a concept in my head. I will be putting in a lot more thought & research I figured this is also a good PSA for other fans too. Anon can save multiple people from the Lawyer Poison. Excellent reminder in general to be wary of copyright law in general. Cheers Anon; you're a real one. I stay silly and unpoisoned. My detractors throw their hats down in frustration as their assassination attempt is foiled.

severance seth milchick mark s helly r dylan g digital art animation This one is dedicated to my friend who truly was 'Born to be a DM; forced to be a Middle Manager'. Mr. Milchick would have been an amazing DM. His passion for theatrics and storytelling is something to behold. He's one of my favourite characters in severance. Antagonist perhaps but he's also so much more human than he first appears. There is a guy underneath the professional mask who has a creative passion that his 9-5 turned 24/7 crushed! Get him out of the (corporate) basement and put him into the (game room) basement! That aside; this was supposed to be a little doodle to take a break from my animation project. And then I kept making it more elaborate. Not sure where this new era of art is going but I'm having fun!

ask Wangxian on the other hand is LWJ's teen heartbreak song that accidently slaps. Wangxian is his Creep by Radiohead. No doubt he's written more technically impressive songs but we only know him for the dramatic ballad he wrote when he was 17. Actually I think he still holds it a little more dear to his heart than Thom Yorke does Creep. I change my mind. Wangxian is his Never Going To Give You Up. A popular song that overshadows the rest of his work. But only to us. In universe he *never* played that song to anyone else. Which is exactly why I call it his teen heartbreak song. If wangxian had lyrics they would look like a teen emo's diary poetry. That shit would be so embarrassing he *would* need 15 years between writing it and reading it out loud again.

It’s something that I’ve been thinking about While the answer has been strong ‘maybe’, there *is* a future where there will be some kind of physical version of my art - be it in stickers, a zine, prints, charms, or otherwise.

Personally, if PD-MDZS the comic was to be released physically, I would want to throw in some exclusive bonus comics/goodies to go with it! Please stay tuned!
