The aim of this research is to determine respondents' responses regarding the entrepreneurial spirit and motivation of the food processing MSME business in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the magnitude of the path coefficient shows that entrepreneurial spirit has the greatest influence on MSME performance compared to business motivation, which shows that aspects such as self-confidence, courage to take risks, and innovation related to entrepreneurial spirit are more influential in improving performance. MSMEs are more than just business motivation. The dimension of self-confidence emerged as the most dominant aspect of entrepreneurial spirit, while originality (creativity and innovation) was ranked lowest. To improve entrepreneurial performance, individuals should focus on strengthening their originality by cultivating creativity and innovation, while continuously increasing their self-confidence. Business motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Ditemukan bahwa AI memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data arsip. Dengan kemampuan AI untuk otomatisasi proses pengindeksan, klasifikasi, dan pemrosesan data, peneliti mencatat pengurangan signifikan kesalahan manusia. Selain itu, AI berperan penting dalam aspek keamanan dan aksesibilitas dokumen, dengan menyediakan enkripsi data yang mumpuni dan penyaringan akses yang ketat. Teknologi ini juga mempermudah pencarian dokumen sehingga pengguna dapat menemukan informasi dengan cepat dan efisien. Kesimpulannya, integrasi AI dalam manajemen arsip dan dokumen membawa keuntungan teknis dan operasional yang signifikan. Studi literatur ini menegaskan bahwa AI mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan keandalan sistem manajemen informasi. Dengan kemampuan ini, AI diharapkan membuka jalan menuju pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan aman. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa AI bukan hanya solusi canggih tetapi juga alat penting untuk masa depan manajemen arsip dan dokumen dalam berbagai organisasi.

Through the analysis of literature and related research, the aim of this research is to identify how AI can contribute to improving accessibility, personalization, and equality in education. The research methods used involve searching for articles and scientific journals related to artificial intelligence and education, as well as in-depth analysis of such findings. The results of this study show that AI has great potential in supporting personalised learning approaches, reducing gaps in access to education, and identifying and addressing biases in the education system. Careful and sustained AI evaluation is important to ensure that the implementation of this technology has a positive impact on educational equality.

One business sector that has received great attention is the culinary sector. MSMEs in the culinary segment have great potential to contribute to the local and national economy. The unsatisfactory performance of MSMEs in Indonesia is caused by a lack of quality human resources (HR) or a lack of expertise in entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the lack of progress in the knowledge of MSME players in aspects of management, organization, information and communication technology, marketing, and other skills that are essential in running a business. This research aims to obtain, know, study, and analyze the variables that will be mapped into the entrepreneurial model and their influence on business performance. The research method approach used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is carried out by identifying relevant research, assessing its quality, and scientifically summarizing the results of previous research. The results of research discussions found variables that would become entrepreneurial models in improving business performance. This research uses a human resource management approach, especially regarding factors that influence business performance. In this research, three variables were found to be used as research objects, namely two independent variables and one dependent variable. The novelty of the resulting research is creating an entrepreneurship model consisting of communication and entrepreneurial competence and their influence on business performance.

Business competition and high demands for services in the banking industry currently require comp... more Business competition and high demands for services in the banking industry currently require companies to have increasingly high organizational capacity that relies on human resource performance and learning models. This research aims to identify, study, and analyze Learning Models to Improve the Performance of Banking Industry Employees. The purpose of this study is to identify, investigate, and evaluate the factors that will be incorporated into the learning model and how they affect worker performance. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the research method approach that is employed. It is completed by finding pertinent research, evaluating its caliber, and producing a scientific summary of the findings of the earlier study. Research talks yielded variables that will be used as learning models to enhance worker performance. A human resource management method is used in this study, particularly when examining the variables that affect employee performance. It was discovered that five variables—three independents, one intervening, and one dependent—were employed as research items in this study. To increase employee performance, the learning management system, learning instructional design, learning assessment, and competency development were implemented. What makes the ensuing research unusual is that no learning model emerged from these processes.

Information can be accessed wherever we are in real-time, anywhere, and any place. A search Engine is a medium that is used in finding various information on the internet. The phenomenon of problems that arise in the search for information on the internet is the search results of the desired topic are often not relevant to the keywords entered. Information Retrieval is a system, method, and procedure used to recover information stored from a collection of information based on a query entered by the user. The performance of searches based on Information Retrieval can be improved by various methods. One of them uses the Query Expansion method, which works by reformulating the initial query by adding several terms using Thesaurus to the query entered so that it is expected to be able to increase the relevance of data obtained from search results. The contribution obtained from this research is the development of an Information Retrieval Systembased document search engine that can improve data relevance and the quality of document search results. Based on the test results using the recall and precision methods, a graph was obtained showing that the relevance results with the Query Expansion method had increased in the level of data relevance. Because when using expansion queries, the recall results are higher, allowing more relevant documents to be retrieved.

New services are added to the parking system online with the aim of decreasing the amount of time that people spend waiting in line to park. This is done by conducting a parking booking system to obtain a parking ticket in the form of a QR Code as well as parking information, payment transactions, and other things that interfere with the parking process. In this study, the Forward Chaining Algorithm will be combined with the survey research method as the research methodology. The Rapid Application Development model is used for analysis and design (RAD). Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface (REST API) is one of the solutions offered to overcome this problem. With the advent of online parking services, it is envisioned that customers who intend to park their vehicles in public spaces will be able to reserve a parking space in advance, greatly simplifying the process and eliminating the problem of the drawn out queue process.

Hence, it is important to evaluate the performance of an academic information system to measure the effectiveness and productivity of the system's success in achieving its goals. The study in this research involves a private college in Bandung city that has successfully implemented its Academic Information System for more than five years. We managed to collect 4286 SPACE (Smart Platform for Academic Environment) users and divided them into internal and external informants. The internal informants include the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) team, QA Director, Head of Program, IT Manager, Lecturer, Secretary of Program, HCD Manager, and Users. External informant involves experts including WDA (Vice Dean for Academic), Policy Makers, Information Security Practitioners, and Academics. For the analysis tool, we use QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) a well know system frequently used in the decision stage. To determine which strategy is the most effective, QSPM uses input from the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrices at the input stage and the IE (Internal External) and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Strengths) matrices at the matching stage. Our findings indicate that Higher Education Institutions should take four steps to address issues with the application of system quality, information, services, and information security. First, find or hire the best IT candidate. Next, regularly review each system's features. third, make system features simpler. and finally, double-check data before system integration.

Hal tersebut terjadi karena budaya kerja Silo yang terjadi di Balai Diklat Metrologi, yaitu sebuah pola pikir masa kini ketika beberapa bagian tertentu tidak menginginkan untuk berbagi informasi dengan bagian atau sektor lainnya di dalam organisasi yang sama. Tipe mentalitas seperti ini akan mengurangi efisiensi dalam proses bisnis keseluruhan, mengurangi nilai-nilai moral, dan berpotensi terciptanya budaya organisasi yang kontra produktif. Dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi, maka solusi yang akan diberikan yaitu dengan melakukan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Diklat dengan menggunakan metode Servqual. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah metode berorientasi objek dengan tahapan software development life cycle menggunakan model Evolutionary Prototype. Dengan adanya solusi yang dibangun pada Balai Diklat Metrologi, diharapkan kualitas layanan informasi yang diharapkan bagi pihak eksternal dan internal dapat meningkat.

Departemen SDM wajib mampu mengelola data karyawan dengan baik. Data karyawan tersebut akan menjadi dasar untuk menentukan kewajiban dan hak yang dapat diterima oleh karyawan yang bersangkutan, calon pegawai yang siap dipromosikan, pemenuhan diklat untuk pegawai tertentu, dan masih banyak keputusan strategis lainnya yang berhubungan dengan data kepegawaian. Hal inilah yang melahirkan Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Tujuan utama HRIS adalah memudahkan pegawai sebagai pengguna untuk menyimpan data karyawan dan mengaksesnya dengan mudah kapan pun dibutuhkan. Saat ini penerapan HRIS masih tersentralisasi di Departemen SDM sehingga informasi pegawai masih belum terinformasikan ke masing-masing pegawai. Setiap pegawai mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi pribadinya dan harus melakukan konfirmasi ke petugas departemen SDM. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kami tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif untuk pengumpulan data, sementara model pembangunan sistem memakai metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan pengonsepan, perancangan, pengumpulan material, pengembangan dan perakitan, pengujian dan pendistribusian. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu pembangunan kios informasi berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan Industrial PC yang dapat diakses oleh semua pegawai sebagai pusat informasi baik informasi umum mengenai SDM maupun informasi pribadi pegawai. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada tujuh ratus pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Mean Opinion Score (MOS) yang diuji coba pada tujuh modul menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,18 (terdapat sedikit pemuatan namun tidak mengganggu).

Program Merchant Day adalah kegiatan retensi terhadap nasabah merchant BNI dengan cara memberikan edukasi mesin EDC (Electronic Data Capture) BNI untuk mendukung kegiatan transaksional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan program merchant day terhadap peningkatan jumlah transaksi serta dampaknya kepada keberlanjutan sales volume. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pemodelan dari kerangka penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan model Partial Least Square yang merupakan metode untuk mengestimasi path model yang menggunakan konstrak laten dengan multiple indicators. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan program Merchant Day terhadap Customer Relationship Management. Demikian pula halnya hubungan antara Customer Relationship Management terhadap Peningkatan Sales Volume memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

This causes several obstacles including supervision and control of the workings of each work unit in the Research and Development Center which is still slow which results in errors in processing transaction data. This software design uses descriptive research methods with the type of case study research at the Research and Development Center of the Department of Public Works and Public Housing with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses an incremental model developed from the waterfall model, while the analysis model uses structured design analysis. Software System design is a Web base with MySql database. Data processed in this system include official travel transaction data, data on procurement of goods, payment transaction data for expert salaries, procurement of rental services and procurement of consultancy services including the use of annual budget. System testing conducted consists of alpha testing using black box testing methods. The conclusion of the test results states that the application is quite interesting, easy to use, helps in processing data, and can provide the desired information

POJK no 18/POJK.03/2016 concerning about Application of Risk Management for Commercial Banks states "Banks must implement an internal control system effectively for the implementation of operational activities at all levels of the Bank's organization". In particular, the Basel II Capital Accord defines operational risk as the risk of losses arising from the failure or inadequate internal processes, human resources, systems, and external events that affect the bank's operations. In carrying out its business, banks offer financial services to the Bank will receive and manage various types of risks to be controlled effectively so they can avoid large losses. The Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) describes the definition of risk management as a series of methodologies and procedures used to identify, measure, monitor and control risks arising from all bank
business activities. One important issue in the context of operational risk management is the need for assessment data carried out by the risk owner in managing daily banking operational risk, to facilitate data management related to risk mitigation so that similar events do not recur in the future. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop a system that manages assessment data sourced from the risk owner using tools called Risk Control Self Assessment. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) model is used to refer to adaptive software development approaches. RAD is very suitable to be used to develop software that is driven by the requirements of Graphical User Interface and a short time period.

Ukuran dari kinerja perusahaan sangatlah bermacam-macam dan berbeda-beda dari satu industri ke industri lainnya tergantung pada aktivitas pokok perusahaan seperti produksi, keuangan, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, jasa dan banyak lagi kegiatan usaha lainnya. Pada penelitian ini, jenis industri yang akan diteliti bergerak di bidang jasa perbankan. Kinerja keuangan adalah salah satu tolak ukur dalam menilai suatu bank dan kondisi keuangan yang bagus cenderung menarik perhatian investor. Dalam hubungannya dengan kinerja, laporan keuangan sering dijadikan dasar untuk penilaian kinerja bank karena dapat menunjukkan posisi keuangan dan juga indikator kinerja. Berdasarkan data kinerja dan rasio keuangan perbankan nasional pada tahun 2013 – 2017, dapat dilihat bahwa tren kinerja perbankan cenderung fluktuatif dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu penyebab turunnya kinerja dan rasio keuangan adalah penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang kurang baik. Permasalahan mengenai kinerja perbankan selaras dengan data statistik GCG yang dikeluarkan oleh LPPI pada tahun 2018, dimana rata-rata peringkat GCG untuk Bank Umum Kategori Usaha (BUKU) 1 dan 2 berada di atas standar standar industri perbankan. Selama ini, penerapan GCG dilakukan pada tingkat corporate dan kurang optimalnya implementasi GCG yang dilakukan di tingkat unit bisnis maupun tingkat operasional / fungsional. Pemodelan dari kerangka penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural atau Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang merupakan pendekatan terintegrasi antara Analisis Faktor, Model Struktural dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada industri perbankan di Indonesia, maka kerangka pemikiran penelitian yang akan ditelaah adalah mengetahui gambaran keberlanjutan kinerja pada industri perbankan di Indonesia yang merupakan dampak dari penerapan GCG yang didukung oleh budaya perusahaan

Sayangnya mekanisme pemasaran / penjualan khususnya pada proses pembukuan dan pemesanan masih dilakukan secara offline. Sebagian besar pelanggan memesan pakaian melalui via email sehingga proses bisnis kurang berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi suatu permasalahan. Penjualan metode konvensional yang selama ini berjalan kurang memiliki pasar yang luas dan waktunya terbatas. Sebuah sistem yang baik sangat diperlukan pada saat ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan internet, penjualan bisa dilakukan secara online atau sering disebut E-Commerce. E-Commerce diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan meningkatkan produktivitas pemasaran / penjualan dari perusahaan-perusahaan Garment. Penelitian ini berisi tentang analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi E-Commerce berbasis Business to Customer (B2C) yang menggunakan metode penelitian berupa studi pustaka, pengumpulan data, dan wawancara. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah terstruktur, dengan alat bantu analisis perancangan sistem berupa flowmap, diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram, kamus data dan alat perancangan database yang diusulkan berupa Entity Relationship Diagram. Pembuatan perangkat lunak dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan untuk database menggunakan My-SQL dimana software development life cycle-nya menggunakan model Waterfall untuk pengembangan aplikasinya. Penerapan Business to Customer (B2C) pada sistem informasi E-Commerce akan membantu dan memudahkan perusahaan garment dalam memasarkan / menjual produk-produknya melalui promosi dengan cakupan yang lebih luas sehingga diharapkan pangsa pasar dan omzet penjualan akan semakin meningkat dan biaya produksi dapat ditekan seefisien mungkin.

The government seeks to empower the business world to improve the growth of the business climate, fostering and developing so that small businesses are able to grow and strengthen themselves into strong and independent businesses. The issue that is developing at this time is not optimal data collection of people who have small businesses from the informal business sector due to the form of their business which is individual and not incorporated so that the lack of Regional Original Income can be obtained by the country. Many small businesses take place outside the formal sector from economic transactions formed by the country, but have the potential to increase business service fees. The informal sector refers to small businesses that are managed by individuals or families but are not equipped with adequate business licensing, red zone violations, reluctance in reporting tax obligations, non-compliance with labor regulations that regulate work contract issues, and have no legal guarantees in dealing with suppliers / customer. This research was compiled to create an information system capable of increasing the sources of Regional Original Income, especially those originating from regional retribution in accordance with UU No. 28 of 2009, namely business service fees which are regional levies as payment for special business services provided and / or provided by regional government for the benefit of individuals or legal entity. The using of the Location Based Service method on the software that is built will be able to handle and coordinate information on small businesses in each region so that it can help local governments to manage Regional Original Income specifically Business Services Retribution optimally.

Mata kuliah ini memperkenalkan kepada mahasiswa mengenai konsep sistem operasi, jenis-jenis sistem operasi yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, layanan-layanan umum yang dimiliki oleh sistem operasi, dan mempelajari teknik dan algoritma yang digunakan dalam penerapan / pengelolaan layanan di sistem operasi. Sistem operasi adalah suatu program yang bertindak sebagai perantara antara user, program aplikasi dan perangkat keras. Beberapa layanan umum yang dimiliki oleh sistem operasi antara lain manajemen penjadwalan proses, manajemen sumber daya (resource), manajemen

Dalam penelitian kali ini, pembahasan akan dikerucutkan ke dalam salah satu layanan Sistem Operasi yaitu manajemen penjadwalan proses. Salah satu materi turunan dari manajemen proses yang sulit untuk dipahami oleh mahasiswa adalah Concurrency. Secara umum concurrency merupakan proses-proses (lebih dari satu proses) yang terjadi pada saat bersamaan. Beberapa algoritma yang digunakan dalam penerapan concurrency pada manajemen proses antara lain Dining Philosophers, Banker Algorithm, Producer-Consumer, dan Readers-Writers. Penjelasan terkait keempat algoritma tersebut membutuhkan logika dan tingkat keseriusan yang tinggi. Sayangnya tidak semua mahasiswa mampu untuk mempertahankan konsentrasinya dalam waktu yang lama untuk mempelajari alur logika dari keempat algoritma tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penulis ingin merancang suatu perangkat lunak yang mampu untuk mensimulasikan keempat algoritma tersebut ke dalam bentuk media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia sehingga diharapkan akan meningkatkan daya tarik dan daya tangkap dari mahasiswa yang mempelajarinya.
