I might not be making this everyday but I sure will be adding it to my list of go-to recipes.    Ingredients:  1 avocado  1 egg  1 cup mozzarella cheese  Everything but bagel seasoning (optional)    Directions:  1. Add the avocado, egg and cheese to a bowl and combine well.  2. Make two rounds using your mixture on a parchment lined baking tray. Add some everything but bagel seasoning if desired.  3.
