We don't have a mudroom, only a hallway way and we needed more organization and space. I did these locker/cubbie things between the studs and trimmed them out. I attached the bead board to the back of the opposing drywall and attached the boards the hooks are in with pocket screws. The lower knobs are for backpacks to spread the bulk of the hanging stuff out.
