Look how cute these are!! 🥰 The most gorgeous chocolate cupcakes with chocolate covered strawberry “carrots”, Oreo “dirt” and delicious chocolate buttercream. These will go down a treat for Easter!

🧁Cupcakes 🧁
■ 200g unsalted butter
■ 200g light brown sugar
■ 4 eggs
■ 150g self raising flour
■ 50g cocoa powder

Buttercream
■ 200g unsalted butter
■ 350g icing sugar
■ 50g cocoa powder
■ 1tsp vanilla extract

Decoration
■ 60g oreos, finely crushed
■ 12 strawberries
■ 200g white chocolate
■ Orange food colouring

🧁Method 🧁
■ Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and grab 12 cases
■ Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy
■ Add the eggs, flour and cocoa and mix
■ Split between the cases and bake for 20-22 minutes, and leave Strawberry Carrots, Oreo Dirt, Crushed Oreo, Orange Food, Cupcakes With Chocolate, Carrot Patch, Self Raising Flour, Orange Food Coloring, Covered Strawberry
