I give you… single leg leg press ❤️ When performing this movement, focus on slow & controlled reps, really slowly lowering your body and pausing at the bottom before going back up. The way you perform it can bias glutes, hamstrings or quads so foot placement is key! 1️⃣ High: Placing the foot higher on the footplate emphasizes the glutes and hamstrings. 2️⃣ Low: Positioning the foot lower on the footplate targets the quadriceps more intensely. 3️⃣ Centre: Placing the foot in the center targets a balance between all leg muscles. Experimenting with these placements can help you tailor their workouts to specific muscle groups or overall leg strength.
