Gorilla rows also engages the lower body as you maintain a bent-over hip-hinge position the entire time. Overall, it’s a fantastic exercise for increasing strength, stability, and mobility. How to perform: 1) Stand with feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider, with two kettlebells between your feet. Tip: Assume a wider sumo stance, depending on your comfort. 2) Hinge your hips back and bend your knees until you can reach the handles of both kettlebells. 3) Grasp the kettlebells, then row them one at a time, alternating sides. As you row up with one side, push down into the opposite kettlebell on the floor. This workout was fun y’all🙌🏾. I was able to complete the entire workout in 30 minutes and was sweaty in the best possible way, so let’s get itttt

-use a 20 lb kettlebell(s) for squat/thrust combo and gorilla row/RDL
-use 10 lb kettlebells for all the other exercises 

Tips:
📌 pause for 3 sec at the bottom of the movement in the squat/thrust combo. Really go down SLOWLY on the descent to improve form, optimize time under tension, and get the most benefit from this exercise 
📌 the gorilla row/ RDL combo is EXCELLENT to work your abs/glutes/and hams, so take advantage and really activate/tighten up your core throughout this exercise
