Could the Hypopressive Method of core training revolutionize how we flatten our abdominals and restore the pelvic floor after pregnancy and childbirth? Using my kinesiology and personal training background here is my attempt to introduce and explain the Hypopressive method or technique, also now known as Low Pressure Fitness.

But the telltale sign of ab gripping is that almost permanent line across the top of the abs.   So how do we fix it?  It is more complicated than a 45 second reel, but this is a great start.   1. Learn to “zip up” your abs. Your upper abs are trying to be the boss. I like to have upper ab grippers engage in this gravity assisted position.   Inhale down into your body and let it all relax!
