I often find low back tightness to be associated with our lumbar spine (low back) feeling vulnerable due to weakness in other muscles in this area.  Two great stabilizers of our low back and pelvic posture are our hip flexors and abdominals.  Use this simple exercise to improve the muscular support from these two muscles to give your low back muscles a break!
