Ingredients:
1 large can of beans strained (1lb 13oz)
3 garlic cloves
1/8 white onion
1 Serrano pepper

Directions:
1. In a pan heat some oil over medium heat. Fry your onion, garlic, and serrano pepper.
2. When fragrant add in your can of beans, and a cup of water.
3. Bring to simmer. Lower heat, and then begin mashing the beans. Add salt & pepper to taste. Let them simmer for a few mins till thickened. Make sure to stir so they don’t burn on the bottom. Serve and enjoy babe! :)

4 Hour version:

Ingredients:
1lb bag of dry pinto beans
1/2 a white onion

2 dried chile de árbol
