This dollar store chunky knit pumpkin DIY ended up so much better than I imagined. I was not planning on making these at all. I found two wire pumpkin forms at my local thrift store. They are sold at Dollar Trees as well. I have never seen them at my Dollar Tree, but when I was doing a live video showing how I put these together, people were telling me they sell out very fast in the store. You can order them online but you have to buy a case of 24. Perfect for a craft night. 🍁🍂 -pumpkin wreath form -craft rope x4 -hot glut Directions: Hot glue the out perimeter of the pumpkin. Starting this by the stem so you end near the stem. Then start weaving over under. I found that hot gluing every so often helped it not slide around at all. Make sure to switch the weave pattern each row either doing over under or under over. This ensures that you hide the black from the wreath. When you want to add more rope in just hot glue in the back and connect them. Don’t tie them. Just got glue to connect. At the end you can cut the fringe off but don’t do that until the end.
