I love to whip this up for a quick lunch, or if we’re feeling a light dinner. This salad is huge, so it’s also a perfecttttt volume meal for weight loss. Here’s all you need for 1 big salad ✨ 8 slices of bacon (I use Applegate, and recommend it) 2 cups romaine (chopped) 1 mini cucumber (diced) 1 tbsp red onions (diced) 1/3 cup tomatoes (diced) 1/4 cup white cheddar (shredded) 2-3 tbsp ranch (reduced fat) What you’ll do ⬇️ - Place bacon in a cold pan, heat to medium, let cook until golden, then flip. Rest on a napkin to drain fat, then chop. - Prep your toppings, then toss everything into a bowl and mix!
