Malvika Hada Kumar | Recipe Developer on Instagram: "Lemon Idiyappam 🍋 🍝 - This is one of my favourite South Indian breakfasts. If you love lemon rice, you will love this one too. Try it and serve with coconut chutney and filter coffee for a comforting breakfast. Yum! 

Ingredients -
For Idiyappam -
1 cup rice flour
1-1/2 cups water
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
For tempering -
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp chana dal
5-6 cashews, halved
2-3 dry red chillies, broken
1-2 sprig curry leaves
1/4 tsp hing
1/3 tsp turmeric powder 
Salt, to taste
Juice from 1 big lemon
1/4 cup roasted/fried peanuts
1 tbsp fresh coconut, grated

Instructions-
In a pan, roast rice flour lightly. Do not brown it. Take it out in a bowl.
