- 1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned; drain excess fat. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
