Ingredients: 1 big tomato  Sauce:  2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Juice of 1 lemon Juice of 0.25 orange 1 tbsp orange zest  2 tbsp caper juice 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Finley chopped capers  Topping: Salt/pepper 1 tbsp Chives Thinly slices Radishes Thinly slices shallots  Instructions: 1. Start by slicing your tomato into thin slices. 2. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl.  3. Layer the tomato slices on a plate. Drizzle with salt and pepper. 4. Pour the sauce over the tomatoes. 5. Top with finley chopped chives, radishes and shallots. Enjoy!"
