Well, I don’t know about you, but I think even a trivet should be pretty when serving food! These wooden trivets I made recently turned out so darn cute and can you believe I made them out of clothespins? I simply pulled the clothespins apart and hot glued them back together with flat sides together (back to back) Next, I hot glued the bottom of one side of each to another one and kept on going… I made a fun large one that I reversed the design on as I went, is long and holds several pots or dishes and two smaller round ones. They were so easy and fun to make and are amazing to use as pretty trivets for my kitchen or dining room table.
