the jack thing is highlighting how unaware many fans are that drivers are getting in those cars injured all the time. how many times this and last season did it come out the next week fernando was sick, his wrists were playing up, or his shoulder was out of joint? how many media days did stroll miss sick with something, not to mention his multiple broken bones where he was crying in the car? george hacked his way through the end of the 23 season. carlos straight back in the car after surgery. alex nearly dying but climbing back in. max's concussions. i've said it before but the fitness tests these guys 'pass' are not strong enough. i don't care if they or their teams want them to drive. for the safety of them and those around them sometimes someone should just say no, it isn't happening. but it is sadly very common and seen as them toughing it out. but the team doctor, the personel trainer...its all about $$$$.
