erm guys, do y’all know how on earth you keep your sleep schedule fixed??? Because like… for the past two months, I’d go to sleep at around 3-5pm and wake up at 8-9pm. I managed to fix that for about 2 weeks, but now I’m either falling asleep at 3am and waking up at 5am,or the one mentioned previously. Every week and a half or something I end up sleeping for like 14 hours on accident too and nothing is working 💀

I swear my brain is turning into moldy soup 😭🙏😩
