aw!!!! thank you ;;;;;; i really enjoyed my time in dragon age honestly, i was lucky enough to have it be a collaborative and exciting time with my friends <3 but wow i can’t believe the game is actually coming out….it feels like trespasser was like. maybe a month ago (and i still haven’t played it lmao)
dragon age was the first time i played a game with a customizable main character and also when i learned that actually you CAN do whatever the hell you want with canon, and that mindset has been incredibly helpful in enjoying the other games i’ve gone on ahead to (especially destiny since the spaces left undefined would have been a source of anxiety if i’d gone in constraining myself to canon) and eremes is still one of my favourite kids

Hello! Not sure if you've seen the news but just in case: Tumblr wants to sell user data to ai companies so the recommendation is to go to blog settings and toggle "prevent third-party sharing" (you have to do this on every individual blog)

ETA: it has to be on!!!!!! the option is to PREVENT third parties from taking your data, if it’s off in your settings you’re allowing them to scrape your stuff

-did a character design prompt on twitter where your mutuals just give you whatever traits they want to see….i remember this was twintails, unhinged female character, pink eyes, gap moe and something else? anyways she goes around committing regicide and makes armour out of the crowns she’s taken
-high school aus for the comm characters (ft new kid named saya but i’m not really posting about him much). interestingly there’s a genre called ‘high teen’ in korea which is like…like slice of life? drama? set in high school (so high school musical would qualify)

they’re usually on twitter! but also 100% of them are korean, so you might be better off looking for an rp server on discord (that seems to be the equivalent here tbh)
i think actually commu could be very well substituted (even improved) by making a rp server over discord
now what i want to import next is the concept of indie trpg scenarios

Like for instance, how do character sheets and classes/powers work for a system that seems very open RP-based? Is there a particular omni-genre sheet or system that people often use for 커뮤? Or is that that something entirely up to the admins?

in the end it’s very much like an dnd server on discord! except it’s public and usually very short term (7-30 days)
essentially a commu is like a tabletop rpg with as much dice as you want, the admin team is the dm/npcs, and you recruit members based on their character sheet that they submit based on the template you make
so the foundational pillar is the admin team, which:
- does all the worldbuilding, including setting boundaries and parameters for the characters
