Light trap lamp! The moths are paper, and the mantis is a plastic toy. The idea was suggested to me by a friend because I had this plain shade and nothing to use it for. More moths will be added in the future to fill the sides
i have a few years-to-months long chunks of my life i can barely remember because i was going insane in various circumstances and one of the funniest side effects is that one of those periods of lost time corresponded with whatever voltron did to betray everyone so badly. so from my perspective it’s like everyone loved voltron and then the next day it was long dead and an unspeakable dark stain on our history and everyone was spitting on it’s grave. i don’t know what the fuck happened and i don’t want to know because i think i’m happier remembering voltron fondly as an artifact of a better time in my life, before a massive negative shift. and also, not knowing makes the whiplash really really funny
