So, I'm adding one zucchini to my blender. Now, I'm adding one cup of almond flour to keep these gluten free and lower carb. A fourth cup of cocoa powder, 2 eggs, so these are healthier browns obviously with the zucchinis but also we are making them with things like eggs, almond flour, lots of healthy ingredients that will keep your blood sugar balanced. We don't want blood sugar spikes. Now, I'm adding a fourth cup of maple syrup as our sweetener You could use honey. You could use whatever sweetener you like but I'm using maple syrup just as a natural sweetener and last but not least, I'm adding about two tablespoons of melted coconut oil. So, I'm going to go ahead and put the top onto my blender. There we go. Grab my blender from over here. And then we are just going to blend this until smooth. Super easy, super quick, healthy, zucchini brownies. I almost forgot one very important ingredient in all chocolate recipes, some salt. So, I'm just going to add a pinch of salt and then blend it up one more time Okay, I'm going to move this out of the way. So, let's take a look at what our brownie batter looks like. Perfectly nice and smooth. So, this is making like a half batch or a mini batch of brownies. You could double the recipe if you want to make a full pan but I'm just making a little half batch here. So, I have my loaf pan lined with parchment paper and I'm just going to pour the batter right into my loaf pan here. Alright, for our last step, I'm just going to top it with some chocolate chips because you can never have too much chocolate. So, So, a lot of people ask what kind of chocolate chips I use. This is one of the brands that I love. That's dark chocolate chips and has very simple ingredients. These are dairy free. I'm not sure if you'll be able to see the ingredients here but it's just unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, and cocoa butter. So, very simple ingredients. So, this is one of the brands that I like. So, our brownies are ready to go into the oven. I have my oven preheated at three fifty. So, I'm going to place these in the oven. I'll let you know how long. They cake once they're done but these are looking really good. They smell good. You would never guess that they have zucchini in them. So, I'm excited for these to bake and cool so we can try em out. Into the oven at three fifty. Alright, it's been about 30 minutes and look at our brownies. It smells so good. So, the hardest part is going to be letting this cool and then we'll try them out. So, I always say it but I love chocolate and sea salt. So, on pretty much all of my chocolate desserts, I like to add a little bit of flaky sea salt on top. It also makes it look a little prettier, I think. So, I like this flaky sea salt. It's like the perfect texture and it looks so good on chocolate desserts. Okay, our zucchini brownies have cooled a little bit and they look and smell so delicious so I am super excited to try these so I'm just going to gently lift them out of the pan here put them on my cutting board look at how good those look I feel like I got the perfect crinkly edges okay now we're just going to go ahead and slice into this this small batch brownies like we said are gluten free they're dairy free they're lower sugar and they even contain some vegetables so let's them a try. Grab one here. Alright, here we go. Okay, they're super soft and fudgy. I really like these. I think next time I'll add more chocolate chips but these are pretty good.
