Chad Morgan on Instagram: "Probably one of the best glute workouts I’ve seen in a while.  The basics, an exercise that causes a deep stretch, and one accessory.  When it comes to training any muscle you can follow a similar framework.  Order from most taxing to least.  If you are training more than one muscle on a given day, I would do no more than 2-3 exercises for one target.  Any more is needless fatigue and slows down recovery big picture.  Example: you want to add quads to this session.  Hack squat, hip thrust, rdl, leg extension.  2 per target muscle and you have a very effective workout.
