Ingredients:-
- 1 ripe avocado
-1cup spinach leaf
- 200 grams pasta (your choice)—
-fresh basil leaf
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:-
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender or food processor, add the avocado, basil leaf, spinach, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado sauce until well coated.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
