A delicious, low-calorie, and high protein meal that only takes 15 minutes to make! Great meal prep and as a grab n’ go option

1. season 6oz of boneless skinless chicken thighs with 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, oregano, and a pinch of cayenne and chipotle chili powder
2. Air fry at 390° F for 12 min 
3. Dice into bite sized pieces and add to any low-cal tortilla (I used “La Banderita”), along with 35g fat free mozzarella and 25g reduced fat cheddar cheese 
4. Add to the grill for 1-2 min aside 
5. Enjoy🤤
