Ephesians 6 16

When Paul tells us to hold up the shield of faith, he tells us that our shield has the power to extinguish “fiery arrows” from the devil. (Ephesians 6:16)

Faith is crucial in our daily walk. We’re in a spiritual war. It’s not a war against each other. It’s a war against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places. “Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” Ephesians 6:16 And where does faith come from…. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
