This series was shot last Sunday on the one year anniversary of Hurricane Ike, which delivered its destructive wrath on Galveston Island and the Texas Gulf Coast. Although there is much more to be done, the Island has made significant progress in its recovery efforts and about 75% of its businesses have returned.
