-100 g puffed quinoa 
-1/3 cup pistachio butter 
-1 small  banana
-2tbsp agave 
-1tbsp coconut oil 
-2tbsp flax seed 
-1/2 cup almond flour 
FOR COATING:
-100g white chocolate melted mixed with 1 teasp matcha powder, chopped pistachios ,1tbsp coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt 

Puffing the quinoa:
* On medium heat, add half a cup of quinoa at a time to a non-stick pan, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
* You’ll notice that some of the quinoa will start puffing.
* Not all will puff, so remove from the heat before the puffed ones start burning.
* To separate the puffed ones from the unpuffed, you can use a mesh sieve with large holes.
