Kitty Blomfield on Instagram: "I was at the physio last week getting some dry needling done and the receptionist was eating her afternoon snack of almonds and coconut yogurt and it got me thinking about women, protein and tracking food. 

I even noticed this with my sister last week. She rang me saying how tired she was and I asked her to track her food, just as I had suspected she was massively undereating and not getting enough protein. So I gave her macro targets to hit, some carb suggestions, and by the end of the week she rang me telling me how much better she felt 🤣 I was like dude you do know I do this shit for a living.
