One of our favourite recipe which can be used as a snack or sides.

Ingredients:
* Lady finger - 200 grms 
* Gram flour - 4 tbsp
* Rice flour - 2 tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 tsp
* Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
* Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
* Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
* Amchur  powder - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
* Oil for deep frying

Made with few basic ingredients and is perfect to serve as an appetizer or side snack !!   All you need to do:  Take a bhindi, cut them into four pieces and remove the seed part.   Then, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, rice flour, besan and some oil.   Coat it well and airfry it for 10 mins at 200 C.
