This is structured by doing 1 weighted (Kettlebell) exercise then 1 bodyweight exercise. Kettlebell can be replaced with a dumbbell. 1️⃣ Squat jumps
2️⃣ Standing cross body crunches 
3️⃣ V crunch
4️⃣ 1x push up 2x plank jacks
