🫀 TYPES of HEART BLOCKS 🫀 1st degree= prolonged PR interval, that's all! 2nd degree type ONE (aka Wenckebach)= PR intervals progressively lengthen until the QRS is dropped completely- hence the poem "longer,longer, longer DROP" 2nd degree type TWO (aka Mobitz II)= PR intervals stay the same and a QRS is just randomly dropped, no progressive lengthening 3rd degree= P and QRS complexes are marching to the beat of their own drum
