If you’re feeling nostalgic for old school raclette vibes, but don’t have a raclette machine at home - this hack is for you! 🙌🏼

👩🏽‍🍳to make 12x slices, you will need:

3-4x potatoes, cut into 3-4 thick slices.
12 slices of raclette cheese
6 cornichons, thinly sliced
4 tsp chives, thinly sliced (fresh or dried)
Selection of cured meats (salami, parm ham, leg ham)

⭐️Preheat the oven to 220C/ 200C (fan-forced). Slice your potatoes and place on an oiled tray. Season well and brush or spray with a bit more oil. Bake for 20-30mins or until golden brown on both sides.
