Rebecca Louise on Instagram: "So many of you message me about how to overcome highly stressful situations and carry on living whilst I’m doing that. The truth is, it’s very difficult, and it can feel like your living on a rollercoaster (one minute dealing with something very serious, and the next having to smile & talk about trivial things on the school run) It’s all a juggling act and can be very destabilising to have no consistency, so the most important thing that I do to create some. I make sure that I have an end goal and can therefore visualise the finish line at all times. This helps you to hold on in the storm and lock on to the destination whilst you’re riding the waves. I do this for both my personal & my work life and recommend it for anyone else going through similar patterns i Rebecca Louise, Run It, Stressful Situations, Line At, Juggling, Work Life, Finish Line, The Storm, Roller Coaster
